At present I charge an hourly rate of £25-£40 depending on the type of work and distance travelled. I also operate a no fix, no fee service for call out emergency repair jobs and I am always willing to give free advice over the phone. I doubt there are any professional contractor offering cheaper rates than mine at present in this area. The rate I charge also depends on the distance required to travel/petrol cover. Larger job contracts are of course negotiable, depending on the nature of the work, any possible weekend work involved, requirements for possible supervising of sub-contractors, etc. Please contact me for anymore information on my services and rates.
